WHO IS IT FOR?
✅ THE PROGRAM IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU:
Want to lose fat quickly, aiming to lose several kilograms in 6 weeks (individual results will vary based on your start point)
Understand you will have to manage your diet by tracking/weighing foods and controlling portions
Have access to a commercial gym with a variety of free weights, machines and cables
Need a structured gym-based training program and can train either 2, 3, 4 or 5 times per week
Can commit to the daily target of at least 10,000 steps per day
Want to learn behaviours and habits required to lose fat and keep it off

Think this will work without putting the effort into your nutrition and training
Are not willing to track calories, weigh foods and other behaviours associated with diet management
Are injured or need exercise work-arounds
Will be out socialising more than once per week
Don’t want to diet aggressively for quicker results
Currently have other big commitments that such as work deadlines during this 6 weeks

The main focus of this program is fat loss, however you may build muscle at the same time particularly if you are relatively new to resistance training and hitting nutrition targets.

Unfortunately not, it is recommended you work with a physiotherapist or chiropractor if you have any injuries prior to signing up.

Your training program will be set for the full 5 weeks. In the consultation form you will be asked how many gym sessions per week you can commit to and the program will be set accordingly.

You can substitute exercises in your plan within the app. If something is busy or you simply prefer a different exercise, you can swap it during the workout.

For this program it is recommended that you have access to a fully equipped gym.

Yes, you must be 21 or over to join.

This is individualised based on what is realistic for you. For this challenge we can accommodate whether you want to train 2, 3, 4 or 5 times per week.

Your nutrition targets are personalised for you by a nutritionist. You can choose from any of the meals/recipes via the app for inspiration, however it is recommended you track your own diet and make adjustments from there.

There is a huge variety of meal options and can accommodate for dietary preferences (e.g. vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, paleo etc) and also food sensitivities (dairy, gluten, peanuts, shellfish, soy etc).

It is suitable for any gender and any level of training ability.

This is personalised based on what is realistic for you. Programs in this challenge can accommodate whether you want to train between 30-60 minutes per workout.

Definitely not, whether you are prepartum, antepartum or postpartum, it is recommended that you work with a specialist qualified in that area.

Vco programming is entirely based around weight training and is designed to maximally improve overall strength, body composition and aesthetics.
The aim with Vco is to improve technique, confidence and application with weight training.
If you would like to add your own cardiovascular training that is up to you.
