❌ NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU:
Have chronic stress or anticipating a very stressful period during the program
Are not willing to track calories, weigh foods or follow other dietary behaviours associated with managing nutrition
Are not willing to do resistance training
Don’t want to diet aggressively to achieve the maximum rate of fat loss physically possible for your body
Have ANY eating disorder tendencies (including but not limited to: obsessiveness, rigidity, binge-eating tendencies, guilt/shame/anxiety around eating, compensatory overeating behaviours)
Are injured or need exercise work-arounds
Are an athlete or completing large amounts of cardiovascular or circuit-type training and unwilling to taper off during this diet
Are training for a marathon/Hyrox or other type of upcoming sports event in the near future
Are a female sensitive susceptible to menstrual cycle disruption, trying to conceive or breastfeeding
⚠️ MAY BE SUITABLE IF YOU:
Have regularly disrupted sleep (possibly have a child 0-12 months old)
Are completing large amounts of cardiovascular or circuit-type training but are willing to taper off at the start of this diet
Are not currently resistance training but willing to follow a gym-based weights program
If you have a few social events during the program
Are travelling for 2 weeks or more during the program period (4th May - 14th June)

The main focus of this program is fat loss, however you may build muscle at the same time particularly if you are relatively new to resistance training and hitting nutrition targets.

Unfortunately not, it is recommended you work with a physiotherapist or chiropractor if you have any injuries prior to signing up.

Your training program will be set for the full 6 weeks. In the consultation form you will be asked how many gym sessions per week you can commit to and the program will be set accordingly.

You can substitute exercises in your plan within the app. If something is busy or you simply prefer a different exercise, you can swap it during the workout.

For this program it is recommended that you have access to a fully equipped gym.

Yes, you must be 21 or over to join.

This is individualised based on what is realistic for you. For this challenge we can accommodate whether you want to train 2, 3, 4 or 5 times per week.

Your nutrition targets are personalised for you by a nutritionist. You can choose from any of the meals/recipes via the app for inspiration, however it is recommended you track your own diet and make adjustments from there.

There is a huge variety of meal options and can accommodate for dietary preferences (e.g. vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, paleo etc) and also food sensitivities (dairy, gluten, peanuts, shellfish, soy etc).

It is suitable for any gender and any level of training ability.

This is personalised based on what is realistic for you. Programs in this challenge can accommodate whether you want to train between 45-60 minutes per workout.

Definitely not, whether you are prepartum, antepartum or postpartum, it is recommended that you work with a specialist qualified in that area.

Vco programming is entirely based around weight training and is designed to maximally improve overall strength, body composition and aesthetics.
The aim with Vco is to improve technique, confidence and application with weight training.
If you would like to add your own cardiovascular training that is up to you.
